Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Complete and process cases including banking updates, legal documentation changes, rate and fee modifications, and other account-related requests for retail merchants in the Fiserv and TSYS portfolios as well as
  • FSP merchants in the Basys portfolio
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve merchant issues related to ACH Rejects.
  • Independently respond to account maintenance requests and ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Identify and correct issues or discrepancies that impact merchant operations.
  • Elevate and streamline bulk processes to better drive efficiency and accuracy in merchant account updates.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments on best practices and solutions for merchant needs.
  • Apply independent judgment in determining fair and timely resolution for merchants.
  • Update SugarCRM and ensure data integrity
  • Backup for Underwriter and Risk Analyst
  • Complete other assigned duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, analytics, and problem-solving skills
  • This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to one day per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in operations support, data analysis, or similar role, preferably in payment processing or financial services industry
  • Advanced experience in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, formulas and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems or the industry preferred.
