CCCParts, a TruckPro company, is in search of an Operations Support Associate in our Charlotte, NC location, this position will provide accounting support to the Wholesale business unit, This includes identifying, processing, auditing, analyzing, and reconciling transactions into Company systems, supporting internal and external stakeholders regarding processed transactions and research.

Operations Support Associate Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain accounting records by making copies, scanning, and filing documents
• Maintain accounting databases by entering data into Excel spreadsheets and Company software
• Research, code, and process financial transactions
• Communicate frequently with the Company's stores, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Research and resolve outstanding returns and inventory transactions
• Generate and customize accurate reports in a timely manner
• Support team members in various ad hoc projects, as needed in office/warehouse activities
• Perform tasks inherent to the Company's financial and operational activities

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of related work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Thoroughness
• Mathematical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
