JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Operations Support Manager is responsible for monitoring admissions, medical, external partnerships and for ensuring that the services offered meet BHSO, AODE, and all other funder and regulatory guidelines.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE:
A minimum Master's Degree in MPA, MBA or Social Work or related field or a license of CSW/MFT/LPCA, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC. One years supervisory experience. The position requires demonstrated ability in the following areas: program development and management; public relations; budget development and management; organizational management; facility maintenance; strong clinical skills; crisis intervention; critical thinking skills; and case management. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Demonstrates knowledge of Medicaid procedures for Addiction Recovery Services. Has strong computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides strong visible leadership in the implementation of residential, intensive outpatient program and aftercare programing for addiction recovery services.
2. Secure and assure compliance with State Licensing Regulations (908 KAR). License, including, but not limited to, ensuring that all program staff have required training.
3. Completes PQI reporting quarterly as well as monthly when needed.
4. Supports and maintains the addiction recovery services Policy and Procedures Manual and program manuals and ensures staff compliance.
5. Ensures the maintenance of the interior and exterior of the building in compliance with fire safety and health standards.
6. Develops and implements an active public relations function, by working with External Relations Department.
7. Coordinates and collaborates with external community partnerships
8. Coordinates with grants manager for deliverables to be tracked and maintained accurately.
9. Along with the Director, develops and implements a yearly strategic plan for the addiction recovery services which outlines program goals and objectives.
10. Along with the Director, develops and adheres to a yearly financial budget.
11. Represents addiction recovery services in appropriate local committees.
12. Provides crisis intervention and assists in emergency consultation as needed.
13. Submits monthly and quarterly reports.
14. Supervises Freedom House Alumni Coordinator, Admissions Manager, TCM of programs and transitional living for women program through Freedom House.
15. Any other duties as assigned.
