Position Summary:
The Operations & Support Project Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing operations, support work, and technical escalations related to cloud-based business tools. This role includes handling escalated tickets, ensuring the continuous monitoring and observability of systems, and providing support to dealer and customer-facing applications. The Project Manager will also manage team projects using Azure DevOps to ensure smooth execution, from support ticket resolution to addressing complex technical challenges. This role is key in bridging the technical operations team with leadership, ensuring swift issue resolution, and overseeing progress on key initiatives.

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $45 - $50 (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
