Conagra Brands in Darien, WI a local supplier of Birds Eye products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill entry level openings in the production department for 3rd shift. Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.**Position Responsibilities**+ Review invoices, receiving paperwork, and inventory transactions for accuracy.+ Provide backup and perform duties for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room associates+ Review daily inventory and exception reports to support procurement department.+ Write purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services.+ Evaluate purchase requests for accuracy and other information.+ Coordinate with procurement and maintenance departments on purchasing activities to maintain inventory.+ Provide feedback to requesting departments regarding purchase order status.+ Assure orders are processed against the appropriate chart of accounts.+ Receive and examine incoming stock for discrepancies/damage and work with vendors to resolve.+ Conduct cycle counts of supply room inventory and participates in yearly inventory counts..+ Work with and supports plant and corporate personnel, including procurement, scheduling, logistics, supply room, inventory control, finance, and operations.+ Participate in cost reduction projects.+ Process required paperwork.+ Help train associates.**Position Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED required; further education.+ 1 to 3 years relevant experience+ Be Independent+ Demonstrate ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks+ Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP preferred.+ Intermediate math skills**Why Conagra Brands - Darien?**+ Overtime Eligibility (based on business needs)+ Excellent benefit package+ Up to 10 paid Holidays per year+ 401K and vacation+ Employee Assistance Program+ Company Store**Compensation:**Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
