Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring daily business operations. This position provides administrative and technical support to various departments, helping streamline tasks and facilitating team communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at solving problems efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, supporting operational teams, including field technicians and supervisors.

* Provide support to the operations team by preparing work packages, maintaining records, and organizing documentation.

* Communicate between departments to assist with troubleshooting system issues and challenges.

* Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the team with ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills/Abilities:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Experience in an operations support or related role is preferred.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business management software.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.

* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
