Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) is responsible for leading the recruitment process for positions across all corporate departments. This is a full life cycle recruitment role responsible for running the recruitment process from hiring manager intakes through offer acceptance. The TAC will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position needs, and partner closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team throughout. The role requires a mix of a strong fundamental recruiter combined with the ability to offer advisory expertise to hiring mangers and others.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manages a diverse portfolio of roles and oversees the full recruitment life cycle for corporate functions, including advisory meetings, market research, intake sessions, recruitment strategy (job posting & sourcing), candidate screening and interviews, calibration sessions, and offer negotiation/extension.

· Delivers a curated talent pool and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.

· Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialists to assemble interview teams and provide training and resources for effective behavioral-based interviewing techniques.

· Facilitates interview calibration sessions to gather and align feedback from interview teams.

· Maintains high-touch, performance-driven communication with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

· Ensures adherence to TA processes and policies, maintaining consistency and accuracy.

· Identifies and presents relevant insights and trends to TA Leadership to inform strategic decisions and drive successful outcomes.

· Utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the Talent Acquisition & Advisory Group's (TAAG) performance, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-present, candidate quality, offer acceptance rates, hiring manager satisfaction, new hire satisfaction, and candidate experience scores.

· Works closely with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to develop and strengthen the Company's employer and talent brand.

· Acts as an organizational representative in the marketplace to provide an exceptional candidate experience while supporting TA objectives.

· Aligns with Talent Programs and Talent Management to support future leadership hiring needs and development opportunities.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Establishes credibility quickly, leveraging strong influencing skills to guide and collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers. Builds trust-based, long-lasting working relationships.

· Works autonomously, takes initiative, and delivers results with a proactive, can-do attitude, accepting full accountability for outcomes.

· Contributes to the team by sharing knowledge and best practices, while demonstrating leadership in partnering with corporate leaders and addressing HR-related concerns.

· An independent problem solver who applies forward-thinking approaches to resolve challenges and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

· Maintains a high level of professionalism, sound judgement, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and Company policies.

· Continuously seeks new methods, embraces change, and remains flexible in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

· Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.

o Will consider a combination of education & experience in lieu of a college degree.

· 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or talent advisory experience. Proven success hiring in corporate and support function, in addition to full life cycle recruiting preferred.

· Experience successfully managing a substantial portfolio of concurrent requisitions (10+).

· Proven recruiter able to conduct thorough phone screens with applicants and able to conduct cold sourcing through various platforms.

Working Conditions:

· Work is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers.

· Sedentary position with seldom to occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

· May require standing less than or equal to 1/3 of the day.

· Ability to collaborate virtually with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

· Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
