This person will lead production and operations in a large electronics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for efficient, cost-effective, high-quality production while driving strategies that align with business objectives and improve competitiveness. This person will lead teams, implement continuous improvement, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage operations to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets
- Lead operational teams, including production, maintenance, and logistics
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to achieve business goals and boost competitiveness
- Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with company goals
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present reports to clients and HQ, fostering collaboration
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Track KPIs and address issues to optimize performance
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5+ years in consumer electronics manufacturing operations or a similar field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong customer-facing abilities and excellent communication skills.
