Nesco Resource is seeking assemblers for one of our long-term clients in the Holly area that produces technology products. The Assembler will assemble various components and accessories according to standardized work instructions. The role requires the ability to balance effective utilization of quality workmanship methods with the ability to meet production schedules, including product quantity goals, to achieve manufacturing goals.**Shift: 1st shift - 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday. Pay Rate: $16.00/hrKey Responsibilities** Requires basic math skills and knowledge of measuring devices. Good manual dexterity is necessary. Effective communication skills, with the ability to read and understand blueprints and written instructions. Verify product quality based on work instructions and quality check list and follow standard process for reporting defective materials or questionable conditions. Examine parts or observe movement of completed assemblies to detect any deficiencies. Attention to detail Perform all other as assigned.Key Qualifications/Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and written with coworkers and management. A self-starter with good organizational skills and analytical skills.Preferred: 1-2 years electronics manufacturing experience 1-2 years in a role that required great attention to detail and handling of small componentsOccupational Exposures: Regularly required: Standing/Walking 100%.
