Position Summary:

You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operates a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.

+ Able to manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.

+ Works with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.

+ Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions.

+ Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance

with established requirement.

+ Must accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.

+ Performs various dimensional inspection using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems,

verniers and micrometers.

+ Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.

+ Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies and procedures

Must Have:

+ High school diploma or GED mandatory; entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.

+ 1+ years- experience in medical device industry and manufacturing required

+ Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.

+ Compliance with CGMP standards for consistent product quality

+ Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Comply with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
