OPERATOR-BOX DRYER GLASGOW
: Job Details :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to, the following:

Proper operation of dryer during start-up, production, shut-down, sanitation, and/or CIP.

Responsible for assembly and disassembly of the dryer.

Responsible for producing a product that meets all composition and quality requirements.

Monitors auxiliary equipment regularly to ensure proper operation.

Proper record-keeping and maintenance of hourly operating logs, and checklists.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Complies with plant requirements concerning GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety requirements, and work and product loss control procedures.

Responsible for identifying and addressing any food safety hazards. If a food safety hazard is identified, the employee is to notify their supervisor, a Quality member, or a Leadership Team member. Employees are empowered to address a food safety hazard if they can immediately.

Responsible for attending all required safety and food safety training.

Work with co-workers as a team member to achieve a common goal.

Perform routine maintenance and/or help maintenance personnel when necessary.

Monitor the bagging room to ensure equipment is operating properly.

Loading/Unloading of incoming/outgoing trucks.
