Your Key Responsibilities - Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
- Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations.
- Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes.
- Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol.
- Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines.
- Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Your QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
- Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Good visual acuity.
- Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
Preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with power tools.
- Ability to read Blueprints.
