(Responsibilities Job Summary : The Operator will operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This individual will monitor machine performance, ensure quality standards are met, and perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production efficiency. Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Start/stop machines in accordance with standard operating procedures. Process checks Material movies from POU's to machine Scrap and production tote moves to staging area Color change assistance Raw material monitoring at lines Break Coverage Daily PM's Monitor the molding process to ensure parts meet quality standards. Perform machine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet required specifications. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, cycle times, and part quality. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work closely with the production team to ensure production schedules are met. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement them. Physical Requirements: Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain an attendance record within company guidelines and required overtime. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Qualifications Qualifications / Education Required : High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing and molding machines preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and machine settings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
