Total Compensation Estimator ToolYour Specific Responsibilities:This position involves work in a new employee wellness program for Florida Department of Health in Hendry and Glades Counties. Attend regular wellness committee meetings Development of new employee wellness program Assist the HR liaison with organizing employee wellness and enrichment activities Educate staff about the benefits of employee health and wellness Coordinate events and workshops to promote employee health and wellness Promote wellness programs among staff in the department Track and report on program participation and effectiveness Collaborate with managers to promote a culture of wellness Collaborate with community partners to link health and wellness resources and information tostaff. Utilize results of the CDC Worksite Health Scorecard to further develop employee wellness program.

Qualifications:Minimum -
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in health education, community, or public health or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver's license
