Ops Aligned Finance Manager

Build relationships with executive leaders in Enterprise Operations leadership team to help them make informed financial decisions. Manage a team of 3-4 analysts to create budgets, forecasts, perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, close the books at month-end, share financial updates with leaders, and provide other reporting to enable the leaders to manage the financial aspects of their business. Track financials for projects and ensure budget are followed and variances are understood. Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research. Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning. Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting. Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards.
