Optics Division Leader Position Overview: As the head of the Optics Division, you are responsible for guiding business operations, managing technical resources, and leading a talented team. You oversee the profitability, strategy, and growth of the division.
Optics Division Leader Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue and profit margins in line with annual business plans.
- Develop and implement business line strategies, facility plans, and roadmaps based on market trends.
- Lead cost management and pricing strategies in collaboration with finance teams.
- Oversee production planning to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery for customers.
- Drive advancements in precision optics and optical fabrication technologies.
- Lead projects in critical markets such as Defense, Astronomy, Aerospace, and R&D.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Development, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within the Optics industry.
- Proven expertise in precision optics and optical fabrication techniques.
- Experience in key end markets including Directed Energy, Astronomy, Aerospace, and R&D.
- Strong track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
Optics Division Leader Requirements:
