Job Description:

**_What Billing Solutions contributes to Cardinal Health_**

Billing Solutions is responsible for finance related activities such as customer carrier/courier, and vendor contract administration, pricing, and billing.

+ Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems,controls, and work streams.

+ Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.

+ Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.

+ Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from carriers /couriers, customers, and vendors.

+ Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.

**_Responsibilities_**

+ Manages day-to-day operations of customer billing, carrier cost audit, remittance, and reconciliation.

+ Accountable for billing performance including but not limited to cycle times and invoice accuracy.

**_Qualifications_**

+ Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

+ 8-12 years of experience, preferred

+ Analytical background

+ Strong communication skills

+ Process improvement skillset

+ Excel and/or SQL knowledge

+ Transportation or Carrier experience desirable

**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**

+ Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and/or business support staff

+ Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

+ Ensures employees operate within guidelines

+ Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers

+ Interacts with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels may interact with senior management

+ Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects

+ Gains consensus from various parties involved

**Anticipated salary range:** $ 86,400- $123,400
