Base Pay Range: $34.46 to $51.02 per hour, based on experience.
Shift Differentials: Additional $X.XX per hour for X shift
Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away.
Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000.
Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
One (1) year of acute care and/or operating room RN experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Participation in a professional nursing organization.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
