DescriptionOrthoTennessee is seeking an OR Clinical Manager for a full-time, Monday through Friday, opportunity at our University Orthopaedic Surgery Center across from UT Medical Center. The OR Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of personnel in the surgery department in compliance with the policies, procedures, and objectives of the facility. Additionally, will participate in planning the work of 7 operating rooms and coordinate activities with other patient care areas. The OR Clinical Manager ensures that patient needs are met and evaluate OR nursing care and performance and will work closely with Executive Director in coordinating patient care service functions. Must have a valid RN license and previous medical experience.
