Are you living your life's work?Job Title: OR Inventory Processor Entity: PMC Department:Materials Management Location: Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, 51 North 39th Street, Philadelphia, PaHours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Per Departmental Needs**Competitive Benefits, Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Assistance at University of Pennsylvania! ** Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining a computerized inventory system for supply acquisition, storage and control of the Operating Room Inventory.Responsibilities: Develops and maintains inventory levels for operating room and central processing department. Implements and maintains the computerized inventory system in the OR and Central Processing Department. Develops and maintains OR Inventory records to include dates and product usage. Participates in produce evaluation process Distributes inventory usage reports as requested by Director of Purchasing, Director of Nursing and OR Nurse Manager. Establishes and maintains and professional rapport with the OR and Central Processing staff.Minimum Requirements:H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)Equivalent Experience: Prior inventory control experience in preferably in a healthcare environment (preferred)Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) (required)Experience with Lawson (preferred) We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
