PCU and basic EKG experience are preferred. License: Current unencumbered RN license required upon application. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Must-Have: Verification of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Job Description: - Provide direct care or influence care for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but have a heightened risk of instability. - Utilize advanced knowledge and experience to perform comprehensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions in a progressive care setting. - Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols in line with regulatory requirements. - Participate actively in collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver patient-focused care. - Guarantee high standards of care delivery by performing moderate complexity testing as per the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements. - Use EPIC electronic medical records for documenting patient care and progress. - Work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating strong communication and critical thinking skills. - Provide holiday coverage as required.
