Job DescriptionWe currently have a career opportunity for a Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Support Consultant to join our ORCL ERP team.As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. - Will build trusted client relationships through positive consulting and support delivery.
- Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities.
- Will conduct triage sessions with customers to determine root causes, document outstanding issues, and provide solutions and workarounds
- Translate clients' needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and system interaction diagrams.
- Act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.
- Will be responsible for training the customer and counterparts in administrative operations.
- Will assist with configurations, upgrades, and long-term support management.
- Will maintain regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
- Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience in the following Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management, Procurement, and Risk Management, Must have expertise in at least one of these areas.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of current technologies and complex enterprise-level applications.
- Skilled ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate multiple client partners simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and be Self-motivated, Energetic, and service-oriented.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges.
Preferred skills and education:
- Strong understanding of complex cloud-based enterprise-level applications
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification
- Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud project experience
- ERP Cloud Workflow and SLA Rules
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $149,880 .
