Location: Cleveland, OH

Travel Requirement: Weekly travel from Monday to Thursday to client location in Cleveland, OH

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (Contract position) or Fulltime with Calfus

Work Auth: Must be GC & US Citizen only due to visa regulations.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Depot Repair Consultant to join our team for a critical project with our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS, specifically in Depot Repair functionalities, and will be responsible for managing repairs, documentation, and reporting processes associated with customer returns, both warranty and non-warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Depot Repair Management: Oversee the end-to-end depot repair process within Oracle EBS, ensuring efficient handling of repairs for returned items from customers.
  • Quotation and Documentation: Provide accurate quotations for repair services and create comprehensive documentation related to each repair process.
  • Integration Familiarity: Work with various Oracle EBS modules, including Order Management (OM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory (IB), and Time & Labor, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across these areas.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with another lead consultant on-site to enhance reporting functionalities. This includes the development and maintenance of MD-50s (Functional Design Documents), design documents, and test reports.
  • Reporting Development: Engage in the design and implementation of reporting functionalities, ensuring that all necessary reports are accurate, timely, and meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS, specifically in the Depot Repair module.
  • Strong understanding and the importance of repair functionalities.
  • Experience with creating quotations and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS integrations, particularly with OM, WIP, IB, and Time & Labor modules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

This position requires the flexibility to travel weekly from Monday to Thursday to the work site in Cleveland, OH. The project is set to start as soon as possible and is expected to last longterm.
