Are you an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Developer looking to make a real impact? Anglicotech is seeking a talented professional to join our team in Stafford, VA, supporting a critical Marine Corps logistics system built on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). If youre passionate about delivering innovative solutions, thrive in Agile environments, and have a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

• ???? Collaborate with an Agile development team to design, configure, test, and implement RICECPW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows) solutions.
• ???? Lead requirements analysis and functional design across Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
• ???? Drive successful project delivery by documenting functional designs, conducting user acceptance testing, and preparing deployment instructions.
• ???? Work closely with the Product Owner, government SMEs, and FE teams to ensure timely and effective solution implementation.

What You Bring:

• ???? 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules (R12/R11).
• Bachelors degree in computer science/IT-related/Technical field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the project and security requirements.
• ????? Strong expertise in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases.
• ???? Functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
• ???? Proficiency with Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow.
• ???? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
• ???? Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• ????? Familiarity with Marine Corps/DoD supply and maintenance processes.
• ???? Experience with Oracle Application Server (OAS) and Workflow (WF).
• ?? Knowledge of Oracle APEX and SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
