Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS integrations and development, along with experience in leading offshore teams. This role requires excellent customer management skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and effective communication. The position is based in New York, with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, subject to change). Key Responsibilities •Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS integrations and customizations, including OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, WF, AME, and Fast Formula. •Lead cadence calls with customer stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. •Manage offshore teams with more than 40 members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. •Work closely with customers to understand requirements and drive solutions. •Handle customer interactions efficiently and provide proactive solutions. •Collaborate with offshore teams to align project goals and timelines. •Ensure effective communication and reporting with stakeholders. Required Qualifications •10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (not Cloud HCM). •Proficiency in OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, WF, AME, and Fast Formula. •Experience in managing and leading offshore-based teams. •Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications •Good communication and leadership skills. •Ability to manage cross-functional teams and offshore resources effectively. Education: Bachelors Degree
