Oracle GTM Cloud Lead
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:-- Implementation and Configuration- Lead or participate in Oracle GTM Cloud implementations and upgrades.- Configure GTM modules (trade compliance, classification, documentation, etc.) according to business needs.- Set up product classification and restricted party screening rulesRequirements Gathering and Analysis:-- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather trade compliance requirements.- Document business processes and map them to Oracle GTM functionalities.- Provide recommendations on best practices and system enhancements.- Integration and Customization:- Integrate Oracle GTM with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud SCM).- Work with technical teams to design and implement custom workflows or reports.- Testing and Support:- Conduct system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing).- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.- Project Management:- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage communication between stakeholders.- Prepare status reports and documentation for clients and internal teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:-Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM or Oracle OTM (Transportation Management).- ERP Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM modules.- Trade Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with global trade regulations, import/export rules, and compliance requirements.- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and integration tools (e.g., APIs).Project Management:-- Experience in managing or participating in full-cycle implementations.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.Certifications:- Oracle GTM or OTM certifications (Highly preferred).Preferred Qualifications:-- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).- Experience in GTM Cloud to on-premise system integrations.- Familiarity with EDI formats and trade documentation processes.- Experience with SaaS platforms and Agile methodologies.Work Environment:- Remote or hybrid options, with travel to client sites as required.- Collaboration with project teams distributed across multiple time zones.- Good understanding of German Trade Regulations
