About the job Oracle HCM Consultant Oracle HCM Consultant needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCMOracle HCM Consultant requires:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspectsStrong experience in integration and HCM ExtractsKnowledge of EBS HRMS is a plusProficient in outbound integrations, BI Reports, and HDLCapable of requirement gathering and mapping with the Cloud productExperience in end-to-end implementation projects as a technical/techno-functional resourceStrong SQL skills with a deep understanding of HCM tablesHands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest APIExpertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text templatesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in creating technical design documentation, SIT/UAT test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing and post-Go-Live activities
