Oracle Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Oracle systems and a proven track record of leading migration projects from on-premises Oracle solutions to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EBS). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle applications, particularly in supply chain modules, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and lead end-to-end Oracle migration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Oracle Functional Expertise: Provide guidance and best practices for Oracle supply chain modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing).
- Migration Oversight: Manage the technical and functional aspects of transitioning from Oracle on-premises systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EBS).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, milestones, and post-migration evaluations.
- Team Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and third-party consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users during and after the migration process.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Oracle-related projects.
- Demonstrated experience migrating Oracle applications from on-premises to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EBS).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
Technical Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle applications.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration best practices.
Project Management Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Oracle modules, such as Financials or HCM, is a bonus.
- Previous experience in supply chain operations or consulting roles.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
