Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to support and optimize our Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solution. This role requires a strong blend of technical skills and functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure the successful implementation, customization, and support of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system, driving business success in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Expertise:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) related matters, ensuring the platform supports the organization's recruitment strategies and goals.
- Analyze recruitment and talent acquisition business processes, identify system gaps, and design functional solutions that align with best practices.
- Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, including job requisitions, candidate management, talent pools, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide functional support in key Oracle HCM modules related to ORC, such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Onboarding.
- Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other internal/external systems, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and third-party HR solutions.
- Utilize Oracle tools like HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and OTBI to create custom reports and ensure accurate data delivery.
- Perform technical tasks such as data migrations, system updates, and user provisioning to support Oracle Recruiting Cloud processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including system integrations, data loading (e.g., HCM Data Loader), and user access issues.
- System Support & Optimization:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Recruiting Cloud users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintenance of system performance.
- Stay up to date with Oracle's quarterly release cycles, understanding the new features and functionalities of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and coordinating system updates and testing.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionalities, such as automated workflows, improving candidate experience, and enhancing recruiter efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Implementation & Project Support:
- Lead or participate in Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation and upgrade projects, providing both functional and technical guidance.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities during Oracle Recruiting Cloud deployments.
- Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting user requirements.
- Training & Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive user guides, training materials, and system documentation for HR and recruiting teams.
- Provide ongoing training to recruiters, HR staff, and system administrators to ensure effective use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud environment.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and recruiting teams to understand recruitment needs and translate them into actionable technical and functional system enhancements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and Oracle support teams to manage system integrations, resolve technical issues, and implement system improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency regarding system changes, project timelines, and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes.
- Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
- Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
- Other Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or other Oracle modules such as Talent Management, Onboarding, and Core HR.
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., job boards, background checks) and applicant tracking systems.
- Project management experience or certification (PMP, Prince2).
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $125,000-160,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
