Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Preferred â ¢5+ years in RightNow (including the latest release) â ¢2+ years in PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Scripting â ¢4+ years in Integration (Batch, Real-time - SOAP, XML, Web Services, etc.) â ¢ Add-In Development using RightNow Desktop Add-in framework â ¢ Widget design â ¢ Ability to configure the Oracle RightNow application â ¢ Able to write and execute ROQL queries â ¢ CRUD operations using Connect web services â ¢ Should have worked on integration between different systems - CTI, Portal integration, SMS â ¢ Should have strong functional skills â ¢ Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation/Oracle Knowledge/Social Relationship Management and Oracle Field Service Cloud would be an advantage â ¢ Excellent Client handling skills â ¢ Should have handled at least 3-4 projects involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration â ¢ Strong CRM Domain Knowledge, with special focus on Service Domain â ¢ Experience and expertise in Cloud Implementation â ¢ Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Functional/ Technical documentation â ¢ Language interfaces/ deployment in multi country setups QualificationsBasic â ¢ Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. â ¢ At least 11 years of experience with IT.
