Job Title: Oracle SCM Lead Location: New York (Onsite) Local Candidate to NY. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Supply Chain Management modules including but not limited to Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SCM projects.
- Develop and maintain SCM system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SCM team, including mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SCM system issues, working closely with Oracle support and other vendors as needed.
- Stay current with Oracle SCM product updates, new features, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SCM processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management applications, with a focus on modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, configurations, and integrations, including experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, best practices, and industry standards.
- Proven experience leading SCM implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
