Job Description:
Years of experience needed: 12 years Financial cloud Functional Consultant:
  • Should have good understanding of designing and validating the end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation.
  • Should have experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials modules in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Treasury modules.
  • Should be able to provide solutions to large complex requirements looking at holistic approach.
  • Should be able to understand business requirements and propose solutions around it.
  • Should have experience in designing and validating POCs to validate new architectures and designs.
  • Should have experience in leading a team of high performing consultants to drive common vision and capabilities across teams.
  • Provide oversight in resolving technical dependencies and potential issues / risks.
  • Should have experience managing smooth functioning of cloud ERP application.
  • Experience in working with Oracle support for various issue resolutions.
  • Experience in various financial data upload/migration technique (FBDI & ADFDi).
  • Reporting (Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, OTBI)
  • High-level Knowledge of end-to-end integrations of Financials & Procurement modules with other applications
  • Having excellent communication and presentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Consultant:
  • Should have around 8-10 years of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials as Technical Specialist
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (ERP) Cloud Technical along with understanding of modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, Treasury etc.
  • In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Experience working with FBDI/ADFDI and other data loads.
  • Must have experience in Integrating Oracle ERP Applications using ICS/OIC Platforms
  • Experience working on Integrations using webservices/REST Services
  • Experience in implementing multi-currency and multi-org/country solutions.
  • Experience in setup and building Oracle BI Report, OTBI reports, etc.,
  • Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes
  • Experience on complete OCI Administration
  • Good experience in application deployments on OCI and for managing OCI Infrastructure.
Cloud HCM
  • Should have 10+ years of Techno-functional experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Should have extensive experience with Core HR & Payroll Modules
  • Should have done 2-3 implementations and contributed in the area of designing, Foundation Configurations, Data Migration and documentation preparation
  • Should have good communication skills and be able to handle client queries and communications independently and effectively.
  • Should have working experience on HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, Security.
  • Should have good working experience on HCM Extracts & Fast Formulas
  • Should be able to review the work packets from other team members and provide inputs, as necessary.
  • Should have good analytical skills to support, troubleshooting and giving effective & efficient resolutions for the technical and functional issues.
  • Preferable domain expertise in Insurance industry
EPM Cloud Consultant
  • Should have 7+ years of Techno-Functional experience on Oracle ERP cloud Financials.
  • Responsible for general systems administration tasks including system configuration management, implementation of new functionality, security updates, and business continuity across all EPM Cloud applications, including the Data Management application.
  • Maintain user maintenance including sub-application security.
  • Maintain metadata (chart of accounts, entity structure, etc.) changes within the Oracle EPM Cloud environment for all applications, including data management governance and compliance with internal controls, with development of control processes and compliance testing. Governance and compliance with internal controls includes thorough documentation of changes and testing.
  • Serve as the Oracle EPM Cloud functional application expert; able to provide guidance and support related to application metadata, database management, integrity, and stabilization.
  • Develop, maintain, and provide required training materials and training sessions for Oracle EPM and SmartView functionality.
  • Review monthly Oracle EPM application updates and perform required testing to determine the initial impact to the business and communicate findings and solutions to management.
  • Remediates application issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident-, change- and problem-management standards.
  • Responsibilities would include requirements analysis, high level design, problem analysis, integration testing, system testing, and support for the applications of Oracle EPM.
  • Prepare necessary business rules (calculation scripts, member formulas, etc.) in Oracle EPM applications based on business requirements from user base.
  • Performs required month-end tasks associated with migration and validation of data from Oracle ERP to Oracle EPM applications and between Oracle EPM applications.
  • Ability to translate financial requirements into system reporting capabilities via forms, dashboards, and Web Studio Reporting, including the control of application reports (financial & statistical) consistently across the business unit. Responsible for developing solutions for business needs within the architecture of the EPM suite.
  • Define and maintain new and current processes and procedures essential to ensure database integrity for Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Develop relationships with internal customers and help clarify their needs.
