Job Title - Oracle WMS Techno-Functional SME Location - New York, NY Client- (Fulltime) Job Description: • Experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping. • Strong knowledge of tperson end-to-end Business process areas, WMS Setup including picking/putaway engine rules, Shipping labels. • Should have experience in engaging with Business users and Customer SMEs to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Should be capable to troubleshoot techno-functional functional issues in Production and provide quick resolution • Capable to guide tperson users for any navigational and training issues in Oracle WMS. • Strong knowledge in SQL and PLSQL • Understanding of technical Architecture - build interfaces, reports, extensions. Willing to learn new tools and technologies as required. • Take ownership in Design, development, Testing and deployment. Handling Oracle quarterly patch releases for Oracle Cloud ERP. • Strong in coordination with Oracle in SR management and should understand tperson segregation of roles and responsibilities in a Support environment. • Should be able to work independently as well as team player and conversant in working with onsite / offshore model • Be aware of Oracle ERP trends specially tperson Cloud solutions
