We are proud to promote an equal employment opportunity workplace.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain & manicure the farm as a welcoming, beautiful public space, conducive to an educational and entertaining atmosphere.Oversee fields, garden, and orchard facilities to meet FOF's sustainability, experience and education goals.Maintain records of farm production & crop protection.Maintain farm equipment and facilities.Foster positive relationships with the FOF staff, visitors, volunteers, and partner organizations.Work with FOF staff and others to develop educational opportunities at the orchard and garden.Actively engage in all apple and orchard production and maintenance.Maintain events field.Other Duties as assigned.At Fair Oaks Farms, we provide an immersive experience where guests come to explore family-owned farms and reconnect with nature, animals, and our planet.
