JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.SAir Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech IIJT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challengesJOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Under general supervision, receives, processes, and fills written or verbal orders for materials, supplies and merchandiseHandles orders that involve items routinely used as well as those which may require some judgment in choosing alternate items that stratifies requirements• Edits orders received for price and nomenclature• Determines availability of ordered items (from local stock or to be ordered) and may suggest substitutes when necessary• Informs customers of unit prices, shipping/delivery dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed• Maintains records of ordered items and customer information on data sheets or in the supply database• Furnishes customer with acknowledgment of receipt of order and confirm delivery location/destination• Checks shipping invoice against original order and updates records to reflect receipt, condition, and delivery specifics• Checks inventory control;
