This role is key to the smooth running of our operations, ensuring accurate order entry, invoicing, customer service, and electronic filing.

Compensation:

$14 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Entry:

  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring invoicing is handled accurately and on time. All processed orders and POs must be added to our internal schedule daily for all parties to view.

Receiving Payments:

  • Collect and process payments promptly to keep operations running smoothly. Report issues with payment processing to the necessary sales rep to avoid delays in payment.

File Management & E-Filing:

  • Organize and e-file order documentation upon shipment completion. Ensure all documents are properly scanned, saved, and shredded as needed.
Qualifications:

Adaptability:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly in a constantly evolving environment.

Attention to Detail:

  • Maintain accuracy in order processing, customer interactions, and internal communication. We handle thousands of orders, and avoiding errors is critical.

Communication Skills:

  • Clear, concise, and open communication with the warehouse team, sales reps, and upper management.

Familiarity with the following software is a plus but not required:

  • Oracle NetSuite.
  • Intuit QuickBooks Online.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Google Sheets.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
  • Egnyte File Drive.
