Talascend is currently seeking an Order Entry Clerk for a long-term contract role in Ridgefield Park, NJ, working M-TH in office and Fridays remote. Summary: The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts. Job Responsibilities:
- Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload)
- Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox
- Validating sales history and other details in ERP system
- Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelors degree.
- Preferred 5 years of related experience.
- SAP and MS Excel experience including Vlookup and Pivot Tables required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.
- Ability to accurately enter return orders.
