Job Description:

Order Entry/Customer Service Job Duties include:

  • Imputing orders: Collect orders from customers by phone, email, or paper and input them into the company's database.
  • Communicate with customers : provide shipping and pricing information and answer any questions that may delay processing
  • Extreme attention to detail: to ensure orders are imputed accurately and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
  • Work with other departments sales, manufacturing and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track product availability.
  • Answering and acknowledging customer calls, emails, questions, complaints & concerns about the company's product.
  • Resolve product or service problems by investigating the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Being attentive, understanding, professional and going the extra mile to mee customer expectations.
