Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking an Order Entry Representative to work in our Worcester, MA facility. You will review orders for accuracy and reconfigure orders in AS400. Resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.Additional Responsibilities are to answer phone calls and provide basic product information and order status to our customers and sales representatives.The expected annual salary range for this role is $63,749 - $93,499 a year. What you'll do:
- Answer Customer and Sales Reps phone calls.
- Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries.
- Communicate order information to sales, service, credit and transportation.
- Provide basic product information to customer.
- Provide answers to Policy and Procedure questions.
- Analyze and enter return/replacement (NCR) requests.
- Issue pick-ups/returns.
- Review order for technical product accuracy.
- Review and verify order submittal criteria.
- Enter orders and process orders to credit, manufacturing and transportation.
- Coordinate order expediting.
- Manage order revisions.
- Process approved sales samples.
- Process production and paper pilot orders for Manufacturing.
- Provide basic technical support review of orders.
- Participate in ISO audit as required.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications: - Associate degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of degree 5 years customer service experience in a professional setting
- Minimum three (3) years customer service experience in a professional setting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographic area (50-mile radius) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
