Order Entry Specialist
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data entry, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service by accurately entering data, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
+ Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, inquiries, and other data into our internal system.
+ Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and solutions.
+ Order Processing: Enter, status, and track customer orders from receipt through to shipment, ensuring all details are correct and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
+ Attention to Detail: Review orders and communications for accuracy, verify pricing, and customer information to prevent errors.
+ Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, shipping, and production, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
+ Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.
+ Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
+ Proficiency in using databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
+ CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
Work Environment
+ Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
+ Fully onsite
