Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

Location: Onsite in Eugene, OR

Duration: 1-3 month contract with potential for permanent hire

Pay Rate: $20-$23.50 per hour

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our client's team in Eugene, OR. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in data entry or customer service who are looking for an opportunity to contribute to our their growing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system
  • Verify and correct order information as needed
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any order-related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order processing
  • Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
