Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer's order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift.Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-FridayPay by shift:1st shift: $17/hr,2nd shift: $ 18.50/hr {rel= noopener noreferrer },3rd shift: $18/hrRequired Skills and ExperienceWill need to be at least 18 years oldBe able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursAble to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionallyShifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtimeHave a strong service orientationBe a team player, including the ability to communicate well with othersAble to work independently with little supervisionAbility to have basic reading skillsPass a post offer drug screen and background checkPreferred Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environmentPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and armsFrequently is required to stand, talk, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
