- Oversees and participates in the daily operations of the E-Commerce Department in Coordination with the Online Ordering Manager
- Trains E-Commerce staff members
- Maintains open communication with leadership regarding program status
- Manages customer grocery orders (via iPad online computer terminal) and keeps complete records of orders
- Pulls various grocery, perishable, frozen or deli items based on customer order(s)
- Ensures orders are accurate
- Provides escalated customer support for the following, but not limited to, credits, drivers and satisfaction with order selections
- Bags and stages items correctly for pick-up by customer to T&C standards
- Delivers order(s) to customers as they are picked up
- Operates iPad and online computer terminal so that proper order is picked up and inventory is managed accurately
- Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
- Provides excellent customer service
- Stays current with industry trends, standards and changes
- Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities
- Ensures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policies
- Supports and follows all safety and security policies
- Provides and demonstrates attitude of service to staff and customers
- Operates within the Company's Core Values, Company Brand and Business Principles
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .
- At least 2 years of direct grocery experience preferred
- Working knowledge of iPad
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess an attitude of service to others

Entry Level Compensation USD $23.85/Hr. Maximum Compensation USD $26.40/Hr.
