Learn more about RG Group and watch interviews with RG Group associates at Position Summary: The Benz Hydraulic Repair, Order Fulfillment Specialist position will support the Benz Hydraulic Repair department in areas related to administrative and clerical tasks. Specifically, facilitating daily operational tasks, quote activities, material coordination and expediting, shipping and invoicing, documentation and cost reconciliation. The purpose of these activities is to support the Benz Hydraulic Repair department while creating a more productive environment. Essential Functions:
  • Serves as the central point of contact for all production orders, quotes, and customer communications
  • Responsible for orders, production orders, and job file management
  • Maintains quote log, current job spreadsheet, and other critical documentation
  • Prepares and conveys monthly order analytic report(s)
  • Aligns employee calendars to support production labor
  • Maintains material and production labor reports
  • Enters quotes, orders, and production orders into the ERP system
  • Plans required training events and meetings
  • Assists with facilities operations
  • Assigns all incoming corporate requests to appropriate staff
  • Maintains material shortage reports
  • Coordinates document controlled items (i.e. quality, travelers, etc.)
  • Manages and orders office supplies
  • All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 5-10 years' experience working in an administrative position
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a business enterprise system a plus
Environment:
  • Both office and manufacturing environment
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College Degree preferred
