JOB DESCRIPTIONTITLE: Order Fulfillment SpecialistDEPARTMENT: SalesREPORTS TO: Pitt Manager/Director of SalesSHIFT: Tuesday through Saturday.HOURS: 3AM - 11AMPOSITION SUMMARY:The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating and executing order processes, resolving product issues, and maintaining efficient communication between departments. This role bridges customer needs with internal operations to create a seamless experience.REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and make decisions on product substitutions, order adjustments, and product availability.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Receiving, Transportation, Processing, and Warehouse.
- Prepare and manage the Manager of the Day report to ensure operational consistency.
- Assist walk-in customers with orders, payments, and product inquiries.
- Accurately process customer invoices as required.
- Allocate products to meet customer demands effectively.
- Collaborate with pit team members to ensure timely delivery routes.
- Troubleshoot customer challenges, providing prompt and professional solutions.
- Maintain professional phone communication with customers, addressing their needs.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints.
- When needed assist data entry with route finalization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and invoicing systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or customer service is advantageous.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university a plus.
- Three to five years of progressively responsible, related experience in a position of comparable scope and size to the Company.
- Able to learn Sea Soft software package.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have prior experience in a sales or operations environment.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
