- Work with branches to provide excellent customer service across the country - Process equipment and part orders - Participate in answering phone queue to provide part pricing and availability - Work with other departments to insure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders - Communicate with branch colleagues for order status information - Learn and follow all applicable procedures - Place orders for customers and distribution Job Requirements - H.S Diploma required, associates or bachelors preferred - Customer service experience - Knowledge of basic business practices - Good verbal and written communication skills - Computer skills - SAP experience preferred
