Order Management - Contractor - L2 - Supply Chain Job ID: 984512 Rochester, New York Job Type: Contract Added - 09/24/24 Job DescriptionA client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Order Management.Position Type: Full-time-Contract, Temp to Direct.Duration: 05 MonthsAs an Order Management,you will:Work directly with customers to determine delivery and contract requirements while preparing quotations for their products and services.Interpret government contracts and purchase orders for compliance and requirements and be responsible for accurate translation to sales order.Review Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to determine legal compliance in the areas of quality, payment terms, price, delivery, and packaging for contracts.Understand, communicate, and mitigate risk of delayed shipments due to incomplete order processing requirements to both external and internal customers.This role will be responsible for directing and managing the processing of quotes and sales orders including Review Request for Proposal/Request of Quotation (RFP/RFQ's) to determine ultimate end-user compliance with export regulations and pricing policy.Preferred Additional Skills:Customer service skills and experienceExperience with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat ProStrong written, oral, and organizational skillsAbility to work with a large variety of internal departmentsStrong communication skills among various groupsAbility to manage your time effectivelyThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior working experienceGraduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
