Part of Dover Corporation's Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio. POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be working directly with distributors and other channel partners to process a high volume of orders that come in via phone, RDW, customer Client Systems, email or fax. Position will work with domestic, and international orders. Will be required to create appropriate documents to complete shipments. This position will be located in our Madison, IN office. VSG consists of fifteen leading vehicle lifting brands (Rotary, Forward, Blitz, Ravaglioli etc.), collision repair (Chief), wheel services, diagnostics (Butler, Rotary, Chief and Ravaglioli) and tier-one automotive brands (WARN Automotive) with operations worldwide, including regional business operation centers and large manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Responsibilities: Percentage of Time Coordinate the processing of all order entry and execution of order into the designated system (Oracle). Work closely with distributors and channel partners to support the order process. Confirm order information. Position will require knowledge of part numbers, terms, special customer pricing programs, etc. 40% Provide customer service responses regarding shipping and order statuses via email, phone, etc. 30% Initiate Return Goods and process credits, manage relocation of products as needed, and work with Distributors/Regional Managers to sell damaged shipments. Assist shipping department to resolve delivery issues. 15% Manage Client systems and process participation and install credits. Provide Program Distribution/OEM communication to field, call center and product managers. Communicate to Program Distribution/OEM 's VSG programs and promotions to field personnel and call centers. 10% Provide equipment specifications to Distributors, Program Distributors, OEM , Reps, etc. 5% JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent. College Degree or a combination of experience and education preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a customer service role within a product-based organization, or similar experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Work, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional client follow-up skills
