This company recently implemented a new ERP system, creating a need for an individual to support a team of Customer Account Managers (CAMs). You will enter sales orders into the new system and ensure all data is accurate. This includes information on pricing, order quantities, and delivery expectations. The company manufactures glass for various industries, so accuracy is critical to avoid supply chain and customer service issues. You will work heavily with data across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Excel, and the ERP system, handling 30 to 40 different orders daily. The role also involves significant internal communication with the account manager team and occasional customer interactions via email or phone.
