Job Title: Sr. Order Management Coordinator Job Location: Graniteville, SC Job Duration: 12 Months on W2 In Office 6AM-2:30PM preferred based on production schedule Must Haves: - Someone with analytics in a logistics/order management environment that can consolidate data into a reviewable format, consolidate problems and work for solutions. - Power BI and Power Query - Excel ...Pivot tables, VLookup, Date functions/formulas. 1. Perform data analysis for order management department using SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI. 2. Support manager with KPIs and status reports so they can ensure that on time delivery, throughput time and inventory and scrap metrics are met as it relates to product launch and engineering change process 3. Communicate all schedule changes to engine manufacturing and material planning groups 4. Manage the coordination of order status between logistics and sales 5. Review engineering changes coming from development and assist the manager with the management of employee workload and tasks as it relates to engineering change management, material master management and product launch. 6. Responsible for some of the following major tasks related to order coordination including material master creation, bill of material transfers, engineering change management, order change management, production scheduling, order screening and acceptance 7. Evaluate sales order revision requests as needed 8. Reporting and tracking of order change, status and completion 9. Assist management with monthly build and ship plans 10. Keep management abreast of projects, vendor issues, workshops, pending problems and the financial impact 11. Work closely with other departments to improve efficiency and maintain positive working relationships 12. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts encountered during the management of multiple workshops and projects 13. Assist management in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management 14. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for order management department 15. Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S+Safety) 16. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live to the letter and the spirit of the *** Global Code of Conduct 17. Perform special projects as required. Required: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math/Science, Logistics or Business and 3 years of experience in logistics and/or materials management; or 7 years of experience in logistics and/or materials management 2. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite to include advanced SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI 3. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with competitive needs and deadlines 4. Strong knowledge of business principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, sales and customer service, production methods and information technology 5. Excellent knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems and Production Scheduling 6. Excellent organizational, planning and follow up skills 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability when issues are complex 8. Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to build positive relationships and work effectively with others 9. Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with can-do attitude 10. Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills Pluses: 1.
